Set in a gently heated room at 32°C, this class builds on the foundations of Pilates, using breath and controlled movement to support strength, mobility, and deep release. Suitable for all levels—including beginners to advanced practitioners—this class offers a safe and supportive space to explore movement with added warmth to enhance circulation, flexibility, and focus. Guided by Ash, you'll engage your entire body through precise, flowing sequences that challenge you in all the right ways. The heated environment encourages a deeper connection to your breath and body, helping you to move with intention, build resilience, and leave feeling balanced and refreshed.
